I came in to have a minor scrape on my side mirror checked out and repaired. The team addressed it within minutes, explaining the available options along the way. One of the staff members was able to buff it out on the spot—and kindly didn’t charge me for the service. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this place for their honesty and excellent customer care.

Schaumburg Auto Body went above and beyond for me. I brought my car in after finding the front bumper scratched up, the grille cracked, and even the front sensor scraped. I was honestly stressed about how bad it looked, but the team immediately put me at ease. They walked me through everything with real care and zero pressure, explaining exactly what needed to be fixed and why. The results were unbelievable. When I picked up my car, the bumper looked brand new, the grille was perfectly aligned, and the sensor area was restored so cleanly you’d never know it had been damaged. The paint match wasn’t just close, it was factory perfect. And then they surprised me: they cleaned the entire car inside and out. Not a quick wipe down, but a full refresh that made the whole car look amazing. It genuinely felt like I was getting my car back in better condition than before the damage ever happened. Their communication, professionalism, and pride in their work are on another level. Shops like this are rare, honest, skilled, and committed to doing things right the first time.If you care about your car, this is the only place to go. I won’t trust anyone else with mine.

They did a great job on my car when someone hit the rear bumper and lift gate. The rear gate was quoted to be replaced but they were able to fix it instead of replacing, saving money. Jordan and his team made this a great experience. Highly recommend!

This shop is great. They are very professional and do great work. I brought my truck in after it was hit and it was ready a lot faster than I thought it would be. Enrique was awesome with his communication keeping me updated throughout the whole process. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean inside and out and there were plastic covers on the seats, steering wheel, and shift knob. Floor mats were clean not a single piece of dirt on them. Extremely happy with the work and professionalism! I added some before and after photos for reference.
